Virtual Bridal Appointments
Are you looking to purchase your dream dress from our store but can’t visit due to travel restrictions? Then don’t worry, we’re here to make your dreams come true with our exclusive Virtual Appointments.
To some, virtual appointments may seem daunting, and you may feel as though you are losing out on the ‘Eleganza Experience’ that our store has become synonymous with worldwide, however we are here to ensure you that this new process is just as exciting and will make selecting your gown online just as magical.
You can invite as many Friends and Family members to join the call to help you if you like!
During your Virtual Appointment you will have not one, but two personal stylists devoted to helping you find your dream gown. One of which will be trying on the beautiful gowns which you have chosen on your Love List prior to your appointment so you can really get a feel of how the gowns look on the human body, and to show you different angles and movements. Your second stylist will be there to answer all of your questions, and talk you through the process of ordering once you SAY YES TO THE DRESS!
Like many luxury boutiques and dress designers, we charge a small consultation fee of £50 when booking your appointment. This fee will be redeemed against purchase on the day of your appointment. We do not refund upon cancelation. This is in place due to the high level of appointment requests, and to ensure every bride receives the best possible experience Eleganza Sposa have become famous for.
We ask that every bride has their Bust, Waist and Lower Hip Measurements (In Inches and Centimetres) as well as their Nape to Waist and Waist to Floor Measurement at hand prior to their appointment. Please just message us if you have any difficulty with this.
