How would you describe your Eleganza Experience?

Honestly, perfect from start to finish, it was more than I could have ever wished for. It was one of the most special moments of my entire wedding journey. I couldn't help but feel a mixture of excitement and nervousness the morning I was about to try on dresses. This was a day I had been dreaming of since I was a little girl, and finding the perfect wedding dress was a significant part of that dream, but from the minute I walked in the shop the girls put me totally at ease and when I saw all the beautiful dresses in the room and was handed a glass of fizz I was like ok I am going to love this. Ava was amazing,  she was genuinely excited to help me find the dress of my dreams, knowing that I had her by my side with all of her amazing wedding dress knowledgeable was incredibly comforting. We had such a lovely chat about what I wanted from my dress and Ava was able to choose so many beautiful dresses for me to try on, I couldn't believe it but I loved every single one, each for different reasons. But it is true what they say, you just get 'that' feeling when you find the one. The moment I tried on my dress was a moment I will always treasure, walking out to show my Mum, Nana and Sister was so special, we all just looked at each other like YES with tears of happiness. I left knowing that I had found the dress that would make me feel beautiful on the most special day of my life. It was an experience filled with emotions, love, and the beginning of a beautiful journey.

Would you like to share with us your proposal moment, favourite part of planning your wedding or what you have planned for your honeymoon?

Danny proposed to me on a holiday in Croatia, we were in Dubrovnik at a beautiful cliff top restaurant. I was so shocked and genuinely over the moon.

I had always known I wanted to get married in Mallorca, even before I met Danny and luckily once we did got engaged he felt the same. I had been going to Mallorca with my family every summer since I was littlie and it soon turned into Danny and I's favourite place. We couldn't think of anything better than having all our friends and family together in Mallorca. Apart from finding my dress I would say my favourite bit of planning was our venue tour, this is when we met our amazing wedding planners and they took us around the island to visit some of Mallorca's beautiful venues. I always thought I knew exactly where I wanted to get married but after seeing so many beautiful venues my dream of a seaside wedding soon turned into a romantic rural wedding. I also loved planning all the little details, like invites, wedding day stationary and flowers, I love pretty details so I was in my element when it came to planning these parts of the day.

We are heading off on our honeymoon in November (eeeeek, can't wait), it has been nice to have a bit of a break and something to look forward to after all the excitement of the wedding is over. We are going to Cape Town then onto Johannesburg for a safari and then finishing the trip with some chill time on the beach in Mauritius.

Tell us more about your Savin London gown!

A lot people said to me my dress was me in a dress and I couldn't agree more, it was just my absolute dream dress. I loved the off the shoulder detail and the big sleeves, I absolutely love big/puffy sleeves and this was one thing I knew I wanted in my dress, so when I tried this on the sleeves were my favourite detail. Not only was the shape perfect but the detail on the dress was out of this world. I had always had in my head I wouldn't have any detail on my dress but the moment I tried this on I completely changed my mind, the delicate petals on the dress made it like no other and just enhanced every aspect of the dress. My friends always describe me as a romantic dresser and this dress gave me such romantic feelings, the long train, matching veil and  delicate slit up the front were just everything I envisioned and more. I also loved how the dress fitted in with my venue so well. One thing I did want from the dress was to be able to take off my sleeves at night so when I choose my dress Ava was able to phone the designer to ask if the dress could be made with removable sleeves which they were able to do!

What was your inspiration for your wedding? Did you follow a specific theme or colour palette?

Our venue was a Finca in the mountains of Mallorca, it is a working orange farm which I loved so I took inspiration from this and tried to have a subtle orange theme throughout. My wedding stationary designer created a beautiful orange illustration that I was able to use throughout my wedding from our invites to order of the day. I also had a touch of orange in our flowers and oranges and kumquats dotted around our venue. Overall just wanted a really romantic whimsical feel to day which I think fitted with our venue perfectly. The venue was so lush filled with beautiful flowers already so I wanted to keep the colour tone really neutral with a pop of orange to nod to the fact it was an orange farm.

Tell us more about your Big Day!

The day was a dream from start to finish, I had the most wonderful morning getting ready with my bridesmaids and my Mum, we were all surprisingly relaxed and enjoyed time exchanging gifts and just generally getting exited about the day. Only my Mum, Sister and Nana had seen my dress so the dress reveal to my bridesmaid and Dad was such a special moment, I have amazing pictures from the moment when they first saw it, brings tears to my eyes every time I see those pictures.

Our ceremony was just magical, walking down the aisle with my Dad and seeing Danny standing there was a pinch me moment, it was the first time I had seen the venue with all the flowers and décor, the entire moment just took my breath away. It was then time for Cava and Canapes as it is called in Spain, which meant time for us to really relax and enjoy the day. Food and music was a big part of our day and something we knew we wanted to be amazing for our guests so we had a Spanish band and food stalls for our guests to enjoy some Spanish tapas, we also had to have aperol sptriz's not only because they are my favourite drink, but because they fitted in with my orange theme perfectly! I did a surprise speech at dinner as I thought to myself when would I have all the people I love in one room again so it felt right to say something and thank all our wonderful friends and family. Dannys speech was amazing, there wasn't a dry eye in the house. We then had a flamenco dancer and guitarist which went down great, all our friends were throwing their napkins around having a fab time. After dinner we had an amazing singer from the UK come over called Luke Burr, he has to be one of my highlights of the day, he was out of this world and had everyone up dancing before we had even finished dessert. the venue looked beautiful in the evening with all the fairy lights lit,  we drank cocktails and danced the night away!

What was the most memorable moment?

Hard to pick one, I think walking down the aisle has to be one and I actually loved when our photographer took us away to get pictures. Our photographer Billie was amazing, she only needed 10 minutes with us to get our couple pictures but she took us to the top of the venue and we just took some time there me and Danny to take in the moment. The sun was just going down and we could see over the entire venue, it was a pinch me moment.

Do you have a favourite picture from your wedding day? Why is this image so special to you?

Yes, the picture form the moment I was just talking about. At this moment we were just standing taking it all in forgetting we were actually getting photos taken. The venue looked so beautiful as the sun was going down, it was a really special moment.
