How would you describe your Eleganza Experience?
My Eleganza Experience was excellent from start to finish! I was never put under any pressure to buy my dress and all of the staff were lovely. I live in Australia so bought the dress when I was in Scotland and the staff were very considerate and were able to allocate me the latest appointment available when I returned for my dress fitting.
Would you like to share with us your proposal moment?
We got engaged on a boat! My husband had commissioned a little vest for my five month old daughter saying “Mammy, Daddy wants to know if you will be a Ceaser too”! Tell us all about your Martina Liana dress! I felt a million dollars in it! When I visited the shop for my consultation I didn’t want anything with embellishment or anything too booby or backless but then surprised myself when that is exactly what I walked out with. It was perfect!
Tell us more about your Big Day!
We had the most special three days! My husband is Irish so we got married in the venue and all of our friends and family stayed the night before as well as the night of our wedding. It really took the pressure off as I’d seen everyone the night before so it was just lovely. We got married on 28/12/2018 and the weather was unreal! We managed to get down to the beach for some photos too. All of the families mixed well, it wasn’t divided like the Scots and the Irish, it was one big party like we had all known each other for years.
What was the most memorable moment?
My daughter running up to me when I was walking down the aisle.
Do you have a favourite picture from your wedding day? Why is this image so special to you?
I have two favourite images. Firstly, the one of me, my dad and daughter walking down the aisle which wasn’t planned but just happened. My second favourite image would definitely have to be our sunset veil photo.
